Registration platform fees use each organization’s calendar-year collected payment volume: 1.25% below $200,000, 1.0% from $200,000 through $500,000, and 0.5% above $500,000, with a $1 minimum per paid transaction. Trainer bookings have a separate 3% platform fee.

How fees work
Know the cost before you collect.
Volume-based fees on new paid registrations
Standard registration fees follow the calendar-year volume tiers above. The platform fee comes out of organization proceeds. Free registrations have no TeamFeeder platform fee. Existing paid transactions retain their saved fees. Agreed pricing may differ.
Processor fees are separate
Card processing has its own percentage and fixed cost and reduces provider proceeds. The payer sees the final amount before checkout; organizations can review fee estimates in their payment records.
No TeamFeeder fee on donations
New fundraising donations have no TeamFeeder platform fee. Card processing still reduces proceeds. Existing transactions keep the fees recorded when they were paid.
A simple example
A $100 paid registration
For an organization below $200,000 in calendar-year collected payments, a new $100 registration has a $1.25 TeamFeeder platform fee. Using an illustrative card processing estimate of $3.20, estimated organization proceeds are $95.55. Actual processing charges and agreed terms may differ; taxes or program-specific charges are separate.
